I love to do regular exercise, especially outdoor sports such as hiking and biking since I enjoy the fresh air and the sun on my skin. I live at a tropical country which means that it is warm and sunny all year round, basically my country has the ideal conditions which allow people to enjoy outdoor sports. I think that this is the reason why more people practice regular exercise here than in the northern countries of Europe and America, and I also think that this is the reason why more men and women who live in tropical countries have a better fitness condition than those who live in courtiers were the weather is cold.
Just last weekend I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to go hiking to a mountain which is located on the southern most part of the country. We enjoyed from beautiful days with gorgeous blue skies and fresh cool air, we were lucky because the weather conditions were perfect for practicing fitness exercises such as hiking on the outdoors. I hope that as I grow old I will be able to maintain a healthy physical condition so that I can practice regular exercise until the day that I day, although it might have to be a low impact exercise such as walking or swimming instead of hiking. I enjoy being in a good fitness level and looking great at forty five and I have complete faith that if I keep maintaining a healthy lifestyle I will be able to practice regular exercise well into my sixties and my seventies.
